You can change the viewpoint in the options menu.
- Quarter View - Default point of view that is fixed. Default setting when you connect to game
- Chase View – An automatic camera view that chase your character point of view
- Free View – Camera setting that enables to rotate camera with right mouse click
You can change the Camera View by pressing the Page Down button.
Mouse wheel enables to Zoom In / Out the Camera.

During the gameplay you can capture cool pictures or capture game bug with the Screenshot function.
If you press Print Screen button a screenshot will be captured and saved automatically at Cabal Online Screenshot folder.

[TIP] If you press Scroll Lock button the User Interface will disappear and you can capture a stylish picture.

Chaos Arena and Miracle Key
To enter Chaos Arena you require the entry item, Miracle Key.
Miracle Key can be crafted by material items like Royal Fixer, Raw Platinum, Formula Card.

How to craft Miracle Key

If you sell items through Personal Shop, select the function [Auto Registration] at the Personal Shop window .
It will automatically register items with the same price you’ve already registered on your Personal Shop.

1) Open Personal Shop
2) Register item you want to sell
3) Set the prize
4) Select the Auto Registration function below
5) Start Personal Shop

Auto Registration is useful in the case you sell items with large quantity.

If you sell a quest item by mistake all you have to do it press T, go to the "Progress" tab, select the quest from where you received the quest item and click on the "Abandon Quest" button and retake the quest from the NPC that started it.

If at any time you find yourself lost or unsure of what to do next in a quest, press T, select the "Progress" tab, then click on the quest you need help on to highlight it. In the box underneath it will give you a short description followed by what needs to be done at the stage you are at currently at in the quest. It will also mark the point where you need to go, be that NPC or a dungeon entrance. It might happen that the next destination is not on the map you are currently located so check all the maps if they have any marks.
The quest window will also show the rewards for that quest if you are on the last part.

Press K - open the Special tab and find the Combo Skill level 1 icon. Drag it to your quick bar to any key you like. After that you will be able to activate a combo skill provided you have a target to attack and SP (yellow bar in the left upper corner of the screen). With this skill you will be able to use your attacking skills one after another without breaks between those skills.

All auras give the same effect to each class, the only difference they have is the looks. Once you have chosen your Aura code, press K (skill window) - Special tab and move the Aura Mode icon to your quick skill bar. To activate the Aura Mode you must have at least 1 bar of SP (yellow bars in in the left upper corner of the screen).

Consuming Extract Potion (STR, DEX, INT) item will make you able to redistribute your stats.
Extract Potion are being dropped by random monster and also available to purchase at Cash shop.

To be able to take up the Battle Style Level Up quest (each 10 levels) you need to have the same or higher STR, INT and DEX values than written in the Growth requirement.
ex) You have Growth Level requirement 29 STR, 89 INT and 60 DEX. If you have 28 STR, 90 INT and 60 DEX you will NOT be able to activate the quest. However, if you have 30 STR, 93 INT and 60 DEX you will be allowed to take up the quest.

CABAL online abilities consist of Strength(STR), Intelligence(INT), Dexterity(DEX)
Strength – Affect the majority of Sword Attack
Intelligence – Affect the majority of Magic Attack
Dexterity – Affect the rates of Sword and Magic Attack

If you wish to save your chat log:
1) After you log into the game, drag your mouse to the chat window and click on the chat bubble that's underneath the [X]. The chat bubble icon looks like this [¡Ü].
2) Click on "Save Chat Log".
3) The chat log will be saved into your C:\Program Files\CABAL Online\chatting log folder (default installation folder)
4) The file has to be submitted to ESTsoft through the Help Desk as an attachment.

* Please note that the chat log can only be viewed by ESTsoft to keep the legitimacy and authenticity of the chat log, so it is impossible to check the log without ESTsoft’s help.

To change the colour of your text you must type: $insert number# followed by your mesage.
For example: "$9#I love PINK" this will result in I love PINK
You can also add multiple colours an example of this would be: "$9#I love PINK$ $5# but I also like BLUE" resulting in I love PINK but I also like BLUE
When setting up a personal shop put a $ sign at the end of your shop name, otherwise the closing bracket will take the color of your text, instead of remaining the default color (for example: $3#Nice items for sale$).

Chat Line: Here you can change the amount of text lines in the Chat Window by clicking on the down button and selecting your desired number from the drop down menu. You can also lock the window so the background is always visable by checking the Fix Chatting Dialoge Button.

Channel Setting: Here you can create your own unique channel to chat to friends or other things you can find a use for.
To create a channel click on the 'Join' button and a window will appear asking you what channel name you would like and a password for it, fill in these boxes, then click OK.
To join a channel you click on the Participate and type in the name of the Channel then followed by the Password. Note: the channel must be created by the channel maker before you can join it.

Chat Mark: These are tick boxes showing channels you can see in the chat menu, check/uncheck the desired box if you wish or wish not to see that chat in the window.

Channel/Shout Chat: Press the [Enter] key and at the right side of the input box click on the box and select L from the menu.
Shortcut Key: Type /L or /l and then press the [Enter] key to activate the Channel Chat.

Public Chat: Press the [Enter] key and at the right side of the input box click on the box and select N from the menu.
Shortcut Key: Type /N or /n and then press the space bar to activate the Public Chat. Input /N, /n

Whispers: Press the [Enter] key and at the right side of the input box click on the box and select W from the menu.
Reply to Whispers: Type /R or /r and then press the [Enter] key to activate the Whisper mode.
Shortcut Key: Type /W or /w and then press the [Enter] key to activate the Whisper mode. You can also right click on the name in the chat window for the Whisper option to this particular person to be activated.

Party Chat: Press the [Enter] key and at the right side of the input box click on the box and select P from the menu.
Shortcut Key: Type /P or /p and then press the [Enter] key to activate the Party Chat. You must be in a party to be able to use this chat.

Guild Chat: Press the [Enter] key and at the right side of the input box click on the box and select N from the menu.
Shortcut Key: Type /G or /g and then press the [Enter] key to activate the Guild Chat. You must be in a guild to be able to use this chat.

Trade Chat: Press the [Enter] key and at the right side of the input box click on the box and select T from the menu.
Shortcut Key: Type /T or /t and then press the [Enter] key to activate the Trade chat.

Chat Channel Chat: Press the [Enter] key and at the right side of the input box click on the box and select C from the menu.
Shortcut Key: Type /C or /c and then press the [Enter] key to activate the Chat channel chat. You must be in a Chat channel to be able to use this chat.

You can start Basic Crafting once you obtain a Transmuter (level 50). You will need Level 1 Formula Cards to level up basic craft, they can be purchased from Core Alchemist NPC in Port Lux. You need Honor Class level 2 to buy Formula Cards from the NPC.
To activate a formula card right click on it. In the description of each card it says when it can be activated (for example, level 3 100%) and you will not be able to add it to your recipe list if you have not reached the requirement.

To make a party there is several ways you can do this one is to click on the player you wish to join your party and select "Request a Party" from the drop down menu at the top where the mob info would be, or you can invite players from your buddy list and left click on them and select "Invite to Party" from the drop down menu and you can do the same for any guild members, to do this though the person you wish to invite must be near you to work. You can maximum have 7 people at once in a party.

If the person you are trying to invite is already in party you will automatically send request to join their party instead.

If your friends are offline you can as well use the Party Search function. Press P to open the Party Search window if you are not in the party mode. The special window will show all information about party and character (amount of people in party, maximum amount, character class and level).

To register a party press P, choose map and max amount of people you want to be in party with. To search for a party press P and choose a party to join.

When in party you get a bonus for experience you earn depending on the amount of people in party, your level difference and some other factors. If a party member is too far from you, you will not receive any experience points from them.

Drop among parties can be shared in 3 ways: Free for all (each party member can freely pick up party drop), By Contribution (the party member that dealt most damage to the monster that dropped the item gets the drop) and By Order (the drops are shared by order). The Party Leader can set the option he or she likes most at any time by pressing P and changing the option.

* Guild name can be changed at Guild Window(G).
* Only the Guild Master has the Authority to change the guild name.
* Changing the name of Guild costs 10,000,000 Alz.
* Guild name changing is limited to one time per day.

How to delegate Guild Master function to another member.
Guild Master can delegate his authority to another member.
Select the character to entrust Guild Master -> Right click name -> Entrust Guild Master
Like above, you can entrust Guild Masters authority and the entrusted member will receive the permission to Invitation and Expulsion.

To add new members press G and click on the button at the bottom "Invite Guildsman" then enter the exact name into the box that appears. Groups are for you to categorize your members i.e Officer's, Veterans, Alts or anything you wish, to move a group option highlight the group name and drag it to where you wish to have it ordered, do the same for members you wish to move also.
